Collections
Collecting your bakes couldn't be easier, they'll be ready for you on Fridays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Collection orders will need to be placed by 10pm Thursday for the same week collection.
Collections
Collections are each Friday between 4-6pm.
An email with pick up details will be sent on the Friday morning.

Postage
All postal orders are sent on a Thursday via your chosen method with Royal Mail.

Old Soul Bakery take great care in ensuring that your cakes are properly packaged and sent on their way to you.
Please note that the delivery of your package is the duty of Royal Mail and unfortunately, Old Soul Bakery cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise.

Local Delivery
Local delivery will be on a Thursday between 5-7pm.
